Our mission is to tackle educational inequality by developing top graduates into highly effective teachers and inspirational leaders in all fields.
Our vision is that all young people in Aotearoa New Zealand achieve their full educational potential, regardless of socioeconomic background.

The establishment of Teach First NZ is a result of collaboration by a number of individuals and groups, united by a commitment to improved educational outcomes for disadvantaged children throughout New Zealand.
